Accreditations, Compliance & Policies
Omni3 works to recognised standards for quality, safety, environmental responsibility, information security, electrical compliance and renewable energy installations. Professional standards, safe working, quality workmanship, clear documentation and customer protection underpin everything we do.
ISO Management Standards
Omni3 holds four ISO certifications, independently audited and maintained. These standards govern how we manage quality, safety, environmental responsibility and information security across every project.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management
Omni3 is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work that meets customer requirements. Our quality management system covers every stage of a project — from initial consultation and design through to installation, testing and handover. We focus on continual improvement, customer satisfaction and getting things right first time.
ISO 14001 — Environmental Management
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations. This includes responsible waste handling, efficient use of materials, consideration of energy efficiency in our working practices, and supporting the transition to lower-carbon technologies through the services we deliver.
ISO 45001 — Health & Safety Management
The safety of our team, our customers and the public is non-negotiable. Our health and safety management system covers risk assessment, safe systems of work, staff competence, site safety and incident reporting. Every project is planned and carried out with safety as a priority.
ISO 27001 — Information Security Management
We handle customer, supplier and business information responsibly. Our information security management system covers data protection, access controls, secure storage of digital records and compliance with data protection principles. Customer information is treated with the same care as our own.
Trade Accreditations & Industry Schemes
Omni3 maintains relevant registrations and accreditations where applicable. These industry schemes provide independent verification of our competence, working practices and customer protection commitments.
NICEIC
Omni3 is an NICEIC Approved Contractor. Our electrical work is carried out to recognised industry standards, with testing, certification and compliant installation practices. NICEIC approval means our work is regularly assessed by independent inspectors to ensure it meets the requirements of BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations).
MCS
MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) supports quality standards for renewable energy installations such as solar PV and battery storage systems where applicable. MCS certification is a requirement for customers who wish to claim Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments. Omni3 delivers MCS-compliant installations through a registered partner arrangement.
RECC
RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) provides consumer protection standards for renewable energy customers. RECC membership means Omni3 adheres to a code of practice covering sales, contracts, installation standards and complaints handling for domestic renewable energy projects.
TrustMark
TrustMark is a government-endorsed quality scheme that supports reputable trades and consumer confidence. TrustMark registration means Omni3 has been vetted for technical competence, trading practices and customer service standards.
OZEV Authorised Installer
Omni3 is authorised by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) to deliver EV charging installations under Government grant schemes. This includes the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) for businesses and educational establishments, the EV Chargepoint Grant for Residential Landlords, and grants for renters and flat owners. As an OZEV Authorised Installer, Omni3 manages the full grant and installation process from eligibility assessment through to certification and handover.
IWA
IWA has administered Deposit Protection and Guarantee Insurance to the home improvement market since 1985. As an IWA Approved Installer, Omni3 can provide eligible customers with deposit protection and insurance-backed workmanship guarantees for qualifying projects. Policies are underwritten by FCA-authorised insurers and covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Guarantee insurance may be available for periods of up to 10 years.
