Business connectivity services we supply
FTTP — Fibre to the Premises
Where availableFull-fibre broadband delivered directly to the building. Higher speeds and greater reliability than copper-based products. Available where full-fibre infrastructure has been deployed at the site.
SOGEA — Single Order Generic Ethernet Access
No phone line requiredA broadband-only product delivered without the need for an underlying phone line. Suitable for businesses that have moved to hosted telephony or VoIP and no longer need a traditional phone line on their broadband connection.
Leased lines / Ethernet
Dedicated bandwidthDedicated, symmetric Ethernet connectivity with a committed data rate. Unlike broadband products which share capacity, a leased line provides guaranteed bandwidth in both directions. Appropriate for businesses with high data transfer requirements, latency-sensitive applications or where internet availability is business-critical.
Static IP addresses
Fixed public addressA static IP address allows inbound connections to your site — for VPN, hosted services, remote access, CCTV management or any application requiring a fixed public address. Available as an option on most business broadband and leased line products we supply.
4G/5G backup connectivity
Automatic failoverA secondary mobile data connection that activates automatically when the primary broadband connection fails. Configured through the DrayTek router as a WAN failover — keeping your business online during broadband outages. Available as a standalone backup SIM arrangement or as part of a complete managed router installation.
Multi-WAN and managed routers
DrayTek Approved PartnerWhere a business has two or more internet connections — primary broadband plus 4G/5G backup, or two separate broadband products — a DrayTek multi-WAN router manages both connections simultaneously, providing automatic failover and optional load balancing across the available links.
Service levels and SLA
Omni3 offers business connectivity with service levels matched to the underlying access product. SLA options are confirmed according to the service selected.
For businesses where connectivity availability is critical, we advise on the appropriate product tier and backup arrangements — including 4G/5G failover — at the point of sale.
Connectivity, network and communications — one point of contact
No coordination overhead
When your connectivity, router and network are all managed by the same supplier, there is no dispute about where a fault lies or which party is responsible for resolving it.
Integrated failover
4G/5G failover is configured in the same DrayTek router that manages your primary connection. Failover is automatic and the configuration is consistent with the rest of the network.
One invoice
Connectivity, network management, hosted telephony and business mobile on a single invoice, with one account manager and one support team.
Coordinated migration
Moving to a new connectivity product without disrupting an active business requires careful sequencing. Omni3 manages the cutover as part of the service provision.
